We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible
So that you know what to expect, we provide some general guidelines here, though the timing of delivery of your order may be slightly different to that outlined below.

Delivery methods
We currently deliver all orders ourselves.

If no one is home/at the delivery point
If no one is home at the time, usually the driver will contact you to confirm the alternative delivery address. Please leave your best contact phone number so the driver can confirm delivery time if applicable.

Delivery time
Delivery times usually take place between 9 AM to 5 PM during business days and between 9PM and 12PM on Saturdays. We do not deliver on public holidays.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates and time specified are estimates only.

Delivery confirmation
We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24 hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it will be delivered. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order if we cannot dispatch the item to you within 7 days.

There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of our control can delay a delivery, despite our best efforts, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marketing@total-services.net and we will advise next steps.

To return your product, you should email first to marketing@total-services.net.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
